Return Policy

How do I make a return?

  1. According to Consumer Protection Act, consumers are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (including holidays) when the goods arrive. The 7-day appreciation period is a "consideration period" and not a "probation period".
  2. Please make sure the item(s) is in original condition, with the original packaging, original tags, and tickets attached.
  3. If you need to process a return or exchange, please call (02) 2722-3800 within seven days of the appreciation period, and someone will be there to serve you. Please provide the following information to facilitate customer service operations:
    • Order number
    • Your Name & phone number
    • Return reasons
  4. If your return (exchange) is caused by our company's negligence (wrong product/defects in the product), the shipping fee for returning to our company and the shipping fee for re-delivery shall be borne by our company. If the return (exchange) is required due to personal factors, the shipping cost of returning to our company shall be borne by the customer. 
  5. Only one return (exchange) service is provided for each order.

When will I receive my refund?

  1. Once we receive your return item(s) in our company, it will go through a quality check to ensure it’s in good condition and complies with our refund policy. This can take up to 3 working days.

  2. After the return has been approved, it takes up to 7-14 working days for the refund to be made to your payment services provider. Once we have processed your refund, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

  3. Please allow up to 7 working days for your account to be credited. If you do not receive your refund after 7-14 working days, please contact your payment processor directly for further information.
